Processing times

Most in-stock standard orders process and ship within 1 to 3 business days.
Same-day shipping applies only to expedited orders shipping UPS 2nd Day or UPS Next Day, placed before 4pm ET Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 4pm ET Friday, or anytime Saturday or Sunday, are processed the next business day.
Virtual paging services (Pushover, Pager App for iPhone, Zipit Confirm, Hypercare) are typically set up the same day.
Items in the same order may not ship together.
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional shipping time, a different shipping method, or additional cost. We will email you if that applies to your order.

Delivery estimates begin from the ship date, not the order date. First Class Mail delivery may take up to 10 business days after shipping.

Orders delivered to a New Jersey address are charged 6.625% sales tax on taxable items.

Credit card and PayPal orders must ship to the billing address unless prior authorization is obtained. Orders with a mismatched address may be canceled and refunded.
Fraud review may require additional identity verification before an order ships.
Checks and money orders should be made payable to PAGERSDIRECT. Orders ship only after the check clears, a minimum 10 day hold. A $25 fee applies to returned checks.
